The Family Information that has been added to the profile of a user only remains to themselves and to the officials of the ministry. Anyone apart from the ministry officials and the user themselves can’t access anyone’s family information.
Living in this high-tech and internet-based era comes with a lot of dangers. One of the biggest risks we, as companies face, are scammers. A lot of times, scammers come up with ways to create the same sounding or looking names and domains of applications and websites to scam other companies' users. Therefore, we want to make sure that our users know our products and their costs, Domain, the Name of the application, and the character of our company.
Sharing data on social media nowadays can go viral and the actions taken after it gets viral are undoable. So, we would recommend everyone, who uses our application, be aware of the content they’re sharing and the potential results that the shared content can result.
All of the following contents can get a user a Content Strike :
1. If any post gets a certain number, this number is dynamic and is based on users’ count, of Content Strikes, then the posts will be deleted.
2. If any page receives a Content Strike equal to our Maximum Strike Count, then that page will be removed and the owner of that page will no longer have access to it.
3. If an account has 3 pages removed, then the account will be instantly banned and no longer in use.
Users can update or edit their information at any time. Every user is responsible for keeping their information up-to-date and valid.
This application is for all ages. Therefore, we are working day and night making it as appropriate as possible. On this application, you will see only what you follow for safe-environment purposes.
If you ever find any post that is inappropriate, you can simply report the post and this will result in keeping the application’s environment safe. After a post reaches a certain Content Strike, then the post will be automatically deleted.
If any account is found guilty of violating our Content Policy, then their account might be terminated.
Our application doesn’t access users’ personal data of their devices, but it does access users' devices for collecting some data such as their local time, but this is only for their use and we don't use it for any other reason than for their benefit.
Our application access users’ gallery and camera, but after the user gives permission and only for the time the user is using that certain part of our application that requires these options.
We don’t like using advertisements on our applications, for we want to improve our users’ experience. But since our application, Klisya is free of cost, we have to use advertisements on our application to keep it going.
We would really appreciate it if you would not use AdBlock on our application. We have a lot of expenses, and the sources that we have to cover them are only through advertisement and your generous donations.
We don’t sell your personal details to a third party, nor will we ever do. But advertisers on our application may have access to your behavior via cookies, but not to your data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, therefore, we advise you to review our Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy update through our blogs in the Klisya application.
